ZAMPOST should improve parcel delivery

A parcel was posted from Australia on the 8th February 2017. It reached Lusaka on the 25th of February but from that date up to now, the parcel has not reached Chingola. The parcel number is CF110650895AU, their head office land lines are not even working. I call on the ZAMPOST management to do something to ensure efficient and
effective work delivery.
