DPP refuses to serve court documents on Esther, Tasila

THE State has refused to serve court documents to the lawyers in which the Director of Public Prosecutions (DPP) is seeking to seize the properties of the family of former President Edgar Lungu via the non-conviction forfeiture decree, Makebi Zulu has disclosed.
