PF7-Sampa case opens in ConCourt Chambers

THE case in which seven Patriotic Front (PF) presidential candidates are challenging the legality of the extraordinary general conference by expelled Matero Member of Parliament Miles Sampa yesterday came up before Constitutional Court Judge Vincent Sililo Siloka.
Lawyers from both the Patriotic Front and Miles Sampa and his cohort, Morgan Ng’ona met in chambers with Justice Siloka to discuss the case status.
