State to parade 26 more witnesses in Yamba’s graft case

STATE prosecutor Virginia Tembo has informed the Lusaka Magistrate Court that the State has 26 more witnesses remaining to testify in a matter former Secretary to the Treasury, Fredson Yamba is j charged with four others in relation to the infamous FTJ Chiluba University allegedly corruption deal, under the Ministry of Higher Education in Luapula Province.
When the matter came up yesterday for continuation of trial before Chief Resident Magistrate Davies Chibwili, Ms. Tembo said the matter was coming up to see how the court would proceed being under the Economic and Financial Crimes Court (EFCC). CLICK HERE TO READ MORE
