GBM fumes over restrictions to access specialised healthcare

GEOFFREY Bwalya Mwamba is angry that Government has blocked him from travelling to South Africa for specialised medical attention and has as a result ended up getting admitted at Medlands Hospital in Lusaka.
Mr Mwamba said the court had directed that only medical reports from public medical facilities within Zambia will be considered in future proceedings but that the State had blocked him even after it had been recommended that he needed specialised medical treatment outside the country.
