FIRMS MUST PROMOTE SPORTS AMONG WORKERS

Huang highlighted the numerous benefits of sports, not just for physical fitness, but also for enhancing productivity in the workplace.He was speaking on the sidelines of the Second Good Time Steel and Stellar Solar Joint Cup Chinese Golf Championship in Lusaka, “Sports are an essential part of maintaining both physical and mental well-being,” Huang remarked. “Encouraging employees to participate in sports helps refresh their energy levels, reduces stress, and ultimately leads to better performance at work. When employees are fit and healthy, they show up to work with a clearer mind, more focus, and renewed energy.”Huang said the company is fully committed to supporting its employees in participating in a variety of sports activities. “We are not only focused on the production side of our business but also on the health and well-being of our employees,” he said. “We believe that when employees engage in sports, they not only improve their physical fitness but also build teamwork and leadership skills, which directly translate into a more productive and harmonious work environment.”Huang pointed out that promoting sports among employees is part of the company’s broader corporate social responsibility initiatives, which aim to foster a healthier, more dynamic workforce.
