2024 has been a difficult year for Zambians – Sampa

THE year 2024 will go down in history as the most difficulty in Zambians have ever experienced because of the poor planning of the UPND coupled with power shortages, says Matero Member of Parliament, Miles Sampa.

Mr Sampa said the 2024 budget was bankrupt, stating that the UPND failed to plan for the whole year and had brought two supplementary budgets in one fiscal year because the money they had budgeted for had finished.

He said government had no money to spend almost every other month of the year and the Ministry of Finance had no money to pay anyone because the places where they were expecting get money did not come because of the tax relief foreign mines were being awarded.
