Diego Casilli, O’Donnell distance themselves from Lusaka-Ndola dual carriageway

ZAMBIA’s business magnate, Diego Casilli has distanced himself and his associated companies from the controversial Lusaka-Ndola dual carriageway project, which is being led by the Macro Ocean Investment Consortium (MOIC) under the Public Private Partnership (PPP).
In a statement issued under Yamene Limited and Velos Enterprises Limited, Mr Casilli has made it clear that neither of the two firms was involved in the Lusaka-Ndola dual carriage way project in any capacity.
