Failure to fire corrupt ministers undermining fight against graft – T-IZ

TRANSPARENCY International Zambia (T-IZ) Chapter president, Priscilla Chansa, has expressed concern that President Hakainde Hichilema’s failure to fire ministers under investigation for corruption is eroding public confidence in the ruling United Party for National Development (UPND).
Speaking at a press briefing yesterday, Ms. Chansa said while there have been positive steps in addressing corruption, unresolved issues continue to undermine the country’s efforts in tackling government misconduct.
