EMMANUEL Mwamba has praised Dr. Denny Kalyalya, the Governor of the Bank of Zambia, for directly addressing President Hakainde Hichilema about corruption within his administration.
Mr Mwamba commended Dr Kalyalya for highlighting the abuse of public resources by unscrupulous officials during a powerful speech at the funeral of his late wife.
