Liswaniso appeals to HH to begin engaging ECL

GILBERT Liswaniso has an impassioned appeal to President Hakainde Hichilema to consider engaging his predecessor Zambia’s Sixth President Edgar Lungu on matters that involve the country’s welfare.
And Mr Liswaniso has said time has come for Zambians, especially the youth to lay down their political arsenal against former President Lungu and begin according him the respect he deserves and status of a former head of State.
