LSMFEZ secures $1.5bn investment, creating 8, 400 jobs

THE Lusaka South Multi Facility Zone Limited (LSMFEZ) has announced a $1.5 billion investment in the zone, with $80 million allocated for investments in 2024.
The project, which began in 2010, had been left dormant by the government in 2012 but has since regained momentum.
Speaking at a press briefing, Acting Corporate Affairs Manager Nsama Chileshe highlighted the significant steps made this year, marking 2024 as a milestone year for the facility.
