Miles asks court to allow him fire Ng’ona as PF SG

MILES Sampa has petitioned the High Court to lift the ex-parte order that has been blocking his decision to remove Morgan Ng’ona as purported Patriotic Front (PF) secretary general and dissolve the central committee.

Mr Sampa argued that the ex-parte stay order, which was issued on July 4, 2024, is impeding the operations of the party and is procedurally irregular, substantively flawed, and prejudicial to the defendant.

He claimed that Mr Ng’ona’s application for a stay order was made in the absence of a court ruling, judgement, or order, which is irregular.
