Nawakwi unwell to open defence – surety informs court

A SURETY has told the Lusaka Magistrate Court that Forum for Democracy and Development (FDD) leader, Edith Nawakwi is not in a good condition to open her defence.
A Mr. Chonde informed senior resident magistrate, Irene Wishimanga that Nawakwi was unwell and if in doubt, the court is free to visit her house.
