PRESIDENT Hakainde Hichilema says he is running the country differently and there will be no excuses for failure to deliver to the best expectations of the people for whose courtesy he was head of State.
President Hichilema says it is important that the country created jobs to grow the economy that has for many years stagnated because of poor management of State and public affairs.
The head of State was speaking during the Private Public Dialogue Forum (PPDF) meeting yesterday.
