No votes, no help – Mutati

FELIX Mutati, threatened the residents of Kawambwa that unless they vote for the candidate fielded by the ruling United Party for National Development (UPND) in the December 20 Parliamentary by-election, they face the possibility of being ignored by government for any help or development.
Mr Mutati, in a tone of blackmail has told the people of Kawambwa that they would face the consequences of being ignored by Government if they decided to vote for the opposition.
