Polish security academy sues gov’t over US$11,298 military uniform contract

THE African Security Academy Limited (ASA), a Poland-based company, has sued the Ministry of Defence’s Permanent Secretary and the Attorney General in the Lusaka High Court, seeking damages for breach of contract over a supply deal for military uniforms.

The company claims government owes an outstanding balance of US$11,298 and has failed to honour contractual obligations.
