THE real new dawn is coming even in the face of the numerous economic and social challenges, including the impact of the severe drought, hunger in households, the frightening rising rate of crime among the youth as well as social amenities which are being stretched, Lusaka Archbishop Dr Alick Banda has said.
And Archbishop Dr Banda has preached that those who have been privileged to have power should endeavour to use it to serve the people and never to use it as a tool of settling scores.
