Stanbic, Vivo pen Mou on Zambezi tree planting project

STANBIC Bank and Vivo Energy Zambia have signed a strategic Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) aimed at planting more trees to combat the detrimental effects of deforestation.
Speaking during the signing ceremony, Stanbic Bank’s Head of Corporate and Investment Banking, Hellen Lubamba, outlined the impact of the project.
“Through the project, we have procured 130 trees that will be distributed to local communities in Ikelenge through the re-established cooperatives.
