Zambia being plunged into chaos – Kafwaya

LUNTE lawmaker Mutotwe Kafwaya has accused the United Party for National Development (UPND) government of plunging Zambia into chaos, following their handling of a US$82 million payment to China.
Mr. Kafwaya claims that the government’s actions are in breach of the G20 framework, which requires fair treatment of creditors.
The controversy surrounds the US$82 million payment sent to China, which the government later claimed was a mistake.
