Arrest, detention of Mumbi Phiri is abuse of State power – Changala

BREBNER Changala has described as barbaric and abuse of state power the arrest and detention of Mumbi Phiri over alleged aggravated robbery charges by the UPND administration, which he says came to power on the undertaking of change and respect for the rule of law.
