Civil service must implement Govt policies – Ngoma

GOVERNMENT has called on civil service to actively implement its policies to enhance the well-being of citizens.
Special Assistant to the President for Political Affairs, Levy Ngoma said poor implementation of government policies is detrimental to national development.
