Dr Muchima fumes over MoH scandals

ELIJAH Muchima has disclosed that ACE Pharmaceuticals, one of the companies contracted to supply 156 ambulances under the Constituency Development Fund (CDF) but has only delivered 11 has now been considered for a separate contract to deliver 60 ambulances to the Ministry of Health.

Dr Muchima has thus expressed deep frustrations over the awarding of another contract to ACE Pharmaceuticals, a company previously exposed for underperformance after it failed to meet its contractual obligations raising concerns about the transaction that has now exploded as a corruption scandal.
