KCM miners fume, denounce NUMAW president

MINERS at Konkola Copper Mines (KCM), Nkana and Nchanga branches are disappointed that their national leaders, the National Union of Miners and Allied Workers (NUMAW) president Saul Simujika has stopped them holding a protest over the outsourcing arrangement, which the giant mining company has introduced
The irate miners said while the other union leaders had no problem with miners protesting over the outsourcing arrangement at KCM, they were disappointed that Mr Simujika was against the idea because, according to him, it would send a bad signal to the UPND government of President Hakainde Hichilema
