Lesa na satana’ drug cartels meet the wrath of DEC

THE Drug Enforcement Commission (DEC) has arrested key members of a notorious drug trafficking cartel operating under the social media platforms “Ichipanda Alliance” and “Lesa na Satana.”
The operation, which took place in Ndola’s Kansenshi area resulted in the seizure of large quantities of illicit drugs and the arrest of several suspects.
This is according to Allan Tamba the DEC Public Relations Officer. Raymond Panda, aged 34, Sylvia Matantini, 21 and Solo Mwananshiku, 32, all residents of Northrise Township in Ndola, were arrested for trafficking in 98 sachets of compressed high-grade cannabis weighing 7.5 kilograms, alongside 39 bottles (100 millilitres each) of Benylin containing codeine CLICK HERE TO READ MORE
