Mopani deal remains illegal – Miles

MILES Sampa has challenged Attorney General Mulilo Kabesha’s claims that the transaction between Mopani Copper Mines (MCM) and International Resource Holdings (IRH) did not contravene Constitutional provisions.
Mr Sampa insisted that the assets held by ZCCM-IH in Mopani Copper Mines constituted state assets, requiring strict adherence to parliamentary approval for their disposal or transfer.
