RUEBEN Mtolo Phiri, the Minister of Agriculture should explain to the nation the 650, 000 metric tonnes maize importation transaction from Tanzania or he risks being held solely accountable to the corruption scandal that has remained obscure and opaque, Harry Kalaba has warned.
