Musamba has compromised the police – Binwell

BINWELL Mpundu has accused Inspector General of Police, Graphael Musamba, of creating a biased police system where members of the United Party for National Development (UPND) are immune from arrest and prosecution, while those from the opposition have become targets of police harassment and brutality.
In a statement, yesterday, Mr. Mpundu expressed grave concerns over the state of the Zambian police under Mr Musamba’s leadership, alleging that the police had become selectively lenient toward UPND members.
