Syakalima’s abusive language border on hate speech – PF

THE Patriotic Front (PF) has charged that Douglas Syakalima’s abusive language against for leaders in the previous administration are bordering on hate speech and should therefore account for his insulting language.
Emmanuel Mwamba, the PF information and publicity chairperson has in the strongest terms condemned Syakalima’s monkeys’ remark and has characterized the language as nothing but hate speech against former leaders.
Last year, Syakalima verbally the people of Luapula Province by mocking them that the region was poor because the people in the Province were suffering from poverty of the mind, a statement that many found offensive and insulting.
