USAID launches US$2.2m innovation challenge

USAID has launched the Choova Njinga Innovation Challenge, a US$2.2 million initiative aimed at enhancing economic opportunities and access to essential services in Malawi and Zambia.
The programme, unveiled in December 2024, seeks to develop and scale innovative solutions to improve livelihoods, particularly for women and low-income households in rural areas.
