CORNELIUS Mweetwa has always come out as one of the key figures in the new dawn administration who speak the truth especially concerning the ruling United Party for National Development (UPND).
Mr Mweetwa does not normally mince his words and likes to “call a spade, a spade and not a farming implement.”
But we are baffled that he has failed to come out forcefully over the worrying trend in which ministers use their official vehicles during campaigns for the by-elections held so far.
This worrying trend has been highlighted by not only the opposition parties but other election monitors.
