Zambia not a country of angels – Kabimba

THAT no presidential appointment has ever been rejected by Parliament in Zambia’s history is a sign that there is a significant problem in the country’s house of laws, Wynter Kabimba has said.

Mr. Kabimba, the Economic Front (EF) president observes that since the introduction of the law requiring parliamentary ratification during Frederick Chiluba’s Presidency, every presidential appointment has been approved, a scenario he believes was unrealistic.
