Commander 2 seeks to overturn his three-years jail term

Patriotic Front (PF) member Francis Muchemwa, the former Intercity Commander 2, has asked the High Court to overturn his three-year prison sentence and order a retrial.
Muchemwa, was sentenced in July last year to three years in prison for possessing tainted property.
