Constitutional anarchy looms

HE Constitution should never be breached willy-nilly and any attempt by the Speaker of the National Assembly to avoid declaring vacant seats of the Patriotic Front rebel Members of Parliament who attended a meeting and addressed officials of the UPND in the Petauke by-election would create constitutional anarchy but with severe future consequences, Brian Mundubile has warned.
