FQM’s Kansanshi copper, gold production rebounds

FIRST Quantum Minerals Chief Executive Tristan Pascall, says 2024 was an encouraging comeback year for the firm, reflecting its resilience as its overall annual copper production came to 431, 000 tonnes in the year under review.
This exceeded the guidance range of 400 to 420, 000.
Crucially, Kansanshi’s copper and gold production rebounded in 2024 after some challenging years, with Sentinel experiencing its highest average copper grades since 2017.
