FRA sued over K4M breached contracts

THE Food Reserve Agency (FRA) is facing a lawsuit in the Lusaka High Court from Imaber General Trading Limited, which claims the agency breached four contracts and owes over K4 million.

According to the statement of claim, Imaber General Trading Limited entered into six contracts with FRA between May 3 and July 12, 2022, for the supply of Grade ‘A’ Zambian white maize for export.
