Kasonde opposes new imf deal

THE Economic Freedom Fighters (EFF) is concerned that the government commenced negotiations with the International Monetary Fund (IMF) for a new debt deal.
The deal comes at the backdrop of previous agreements that have already burdened Zambians with high costs of living, power shortages, and a deteriorating economy.
Kasonde Mwenda the EFF president accused the government of failing to honor its promise of reducing borrowing.
