Munir Zulu not an alarmist, Soondo testifies in seditious case

HECTOR Soondo, president of United for Better Zambia (UBZ), told the court that Lumezi Independent Member of Parliament Munir Zulu cannot be referred to as an alarmist for merely stating that President Hakainde Hichilema would dissolve parliament.
This is in a matter where Zulu denied persuading the citizenry to revolt against President Hichilema when he alleged that the Head of State intended to call for an early poll upon dissolving parliament.
