SYLVIA Masebo, the former Health Minister should equally be subject to investigations to establish the reasons why she was ignorant of the 26 irregular contracts entered into by Zambia Medicines and Medical Supply Agency (ZAMMSA).
Brightone Tembo, the Chief Executive Officer of the Community Action Against Corruption said it was not enough to only punish only a few former employees at the ZAMMSA when others roamed the country and beyond freely.
