PLAN B is in motion and it will effectively defeat President Hakainde Hichilema and the UPND in the 2026 general election, that not even the Electoral Commission of Zambia (ECZ), which is a cadre branch of the governing party shall stop the will and wishes of Zambians, former President Edgar Lungu has said.
