Witnesses tell court they celebrated Munir’s parley dissolution statement

MUNIR Zulu’s defense witnesses have told the Lusaka Magistrates’ Court that they celebrated a statement suggesting that President Hakainde Hichilema would dissolve Parliament and call for early elections, citing the high cost of living as a major concern.
This testimony was presented in a case where Zulu has denied allegations that he incited citizens to revolt against President Hichilema, who was legitimately elected by claiming that the head of State intended to dissolve Parliament and trigger early elections.
